Adults BJJ Classes
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a difficult but rewarding martial art. Unlike many other martial arts it has no striking, instead mostly taking place on the ground and utilising chokes, strangles and joint locks.
Today Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been around long enough for us to know the benefits beyond the marketing hype.

Women Only BJJ
Learning how to defend yourself is an empowering experience for women, and BJJ is a great way to do this. As well as increasing self-confidence, BJJ will help improve strength, teach how to grapple effectively and powerfully, as well teach key defensive moves.
BJJ is a fantastic way to improve functional strength for women. The different techniques used in training help to build muscular endurance and longevity, and these increase strength and physical ability that carries through to everyday life outside of the gym.

Kids BJJ Classes
Kids BJJ skills have a practical application in addition to being great exercise. In a world that can leave us feeling vulnerable at times, having the confidence that comes with learning BJJ is a tremendous asset. You not only have the skills to take care of yourself, you also exude that confidence, which can be a great advantage and benefit.
On top of that, the physical fitness that you gain from BJJ helps you feel better about yourself as well.

Wrestling Classes
Although many wrestlers don't start out as natural athletes, wrestling improves balance, reflexes, strength, endurance, and agility. Wrestlers are often lean and strong for their body weight.
The knowledge they'll gain about proper dieting and weight maintenance will benefit wrestlers long after their competitive careers are over. Wrestling will undoubtedly improve an athlete's capabilities in other sports as well.

MMA Classes
One of the world’s fastest growing sports, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) puts fighters from various combat sports and martial arts disciplines against one another for three five-minute rounds. The object is to defeat your opponent through a combination of strikes, punches, throws and grappling techniques. Fighters recognise that to succeed they must be well versed in a diverse set of skills and tactics.

Women Only
Women can benefit greatly from the confidence that comes with BJJ. It is a confidence like no other, knowing that you can defend yourself and your family if the situation arises. A fitter and healthier body is also a result experienced from regular training and can assist with self-esteem.
Whether we are talking about the stay-at-home mum, the full-time worker or university student, women these days lead busy and highly stressful lives. The exercise of BJJ is great for stress release. Jiu-jitsu can release stress in a way that other sports and gym exercise cannot.
This is due to the fight or flight aspect of fighting that is not experienced outside of the mats. Exercise also releases endorphins that are the ‘feel good hormone’ which promote positive emotions. Perfect for those days when you’re feeling flat.
Women can benefit greatly from the confidence that comes with BJJ. It is a confidence like no other, knowing that you can defend yourself and your family if the situation arises. A fitter and healthier body is also a result experienced from regular training and can assist with self-esteem.

Multiple bathrooms, showers, change rooms and a prayer room are just the beginning. We also have a GYM on level 2 to get your body in good shape. To help protect our students we have laid down 500sqm of 60mm Olympic Flooring made using the latest antibacterial technology.

32m x 22m of anti-bacterial Olympic Flooring, 10m ceilings, 3 different levels. Voice activated fans, heaters and air conditioning. Rope climbing, monkey bars, blue tooth connectivity, Wi-Fi, surround sound and heavy bags.

Amadea Sagona:G-Force has been an incredible club for my son! Coach Jihad and the entire coaching team are amazing – skilled, supportive, and truly passionate about what they do. Their teaching methods work brilliantly, and it's clear in how well all the kids are performing. Most importantly, the kids absolutely love being there. We're so grateful to be part of the G-Force family!04 October 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dagny Yznaga Gaerste:G-Force not only wins every competition across Australia in overall points, proving that it's the top Jiu-jitsu Academy; but also, the environment is so good that it's almost surreal. I brought my kids for the first time 18 months ago, now I am also training in jiu jitsu!!! We've made so many new friends with similar interests which is all about turning our kids into athletes, giving them mental and physical strength, and teaching them skills that will last forever. Big G (owner and main coach) is a real leader who teaches everyone discipline, consistency and mental endurance; all the other coaches follow the same school of thought and we feel our kids are in the best hands. The kids program offered at G-Force is second to none. That is proven to be true, when G-Force kids compete and win in world class competitions overseas.18 September 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aaliyah Abdul qawsim:Worse place ever to enroll your kids. I hated the rude behavior of the lady named Sonia who is apparently the owner. She was really mean towards my daughter on her first day and made comments about my character as I asked her about one of the coach. This is just unacceptable behavior and it’s disgusting Never sending my daughter at such a screwed place where coaches and owners have such mentality!21 July 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sabrina:This gym is incredible. Very friendly and knowledgeable coaches and as a female going for the first time I was made to feel very welcome which I appreciated. Whether you’re interested in jiu jitsu or Muay Thai I highly recommend this place. It’s also hands down the cleanest martial arts gym I’ve ever been to! 10/10 experience23 June 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kim Elder:I visited G-Force Mixed Martial Arts about a week ago, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facility is spotless and very well set up, and perfect for kids of all ages. The structure and guidance they provide for little ones is top notch, creating a safe and supportive environment for learning and growth. My brother, a first-degree black belt in Sydney, clamed this was the absolute best place for us.19 June 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
